Delivery Information

At Present we only ship within the UK

We DO NOT have a minimum order value for delivery!

Our order cut off time is 2pm, if orders are placed and paid before 2pm they will get dispatched the Same Day. If not, they will be dispatched the next working day. (At busy times these times may vary)

You can choose your desired delivery option at the checkout.

All of our shipping options are fully tracked.

Mainland Shipping Options:

Economy Service (3 – 4 Working Days) - £3.90 (For orders under 10KG)

First Class Signed For Post - 5.80

Special Next Working Day Service - £6.90

Next working day delivery does not apply to orders placed at weekends and bank holidays.

Non Mainland Shipping Options

We try our absolute best to send all orders received before 2pm the same day. However, this is not always possible, especially during busy days. If your order is not dispatched on the same day then it will be dispatched on the following day.

We do not Guarantee exact delivery time or days and these should only be taken as estimates. Our delivery partners include Hermes, Yodel, DPD and DHL.

Please Note: We cannot guarantee that all orders will be dispatched on Mondays. Due to the high volume of orders on Monday, your order may get dispatched on Tuesday. (When Monday is a Bank Holiday, this applies to Tuesday orders)

Also, if you have a considerable amount of (or mainly) Smoking Products on your order, then your order may be delayed by one working day. This may also result in Saturday delivery being delayed for Smoking Products, but this will mostly depend on the order size.
